Shipping & Return Policy

Due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges at this time.

All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days from the date your order is placed. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days (excluding processing time), for your order to be delivered. Please note: Prettylittletrendz is not responsible for potential shipping delays that are caused by USPS, nor lost or stolen packages. Once your packaged is shipped by me, it is in full custody of USPS from that point until it is delivered to you. In the event that any mishaps occur with the delivery of your order, the merchandise will be insured through USPS, and you will be able to file a claim through them. 

We do not offer local pickup at this time! 

**PRE-ORDERS**

Merchandise will occasionally be available for preorder. Please refer to the description under each product for estimated ship dates of the merchandise. Please understand that there may potentially be shipping delays due to COVID-19. You will be notified via email if any delays occur. 

Once you receive your merchandise, please thoroughly check your items. If there are any issues with your order please reach out to me via my customer support email at prettylittletrendz@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
